Here is a short note from Casey Lynch:

“Your OEM Spyderco Screws will work great with your new Lynch NW Clip, but these `just in case`screws are a good fill in if you have missing or stripped screws. The easiest ways to install: line up the top screw hole, then spin the clip aroung 180° so the clip is hanging off the end of the knife. Drop in the top screw and get it started, but not snug. Now spin the clip around and drop in the lower two screws. Snug all three down tight, starting with the top screw.”
